THE WORK OF MANY HANDS

Our mission has always been to inspire the celebration of life with family and friends through the beauty of handcrafted Italian designs for the table, home, and garden. We wholeheartedly believe in cherishing those moments that bring joy to our lives.

Throughout the years, we've always shared the idea that we are “the work of many hands.”

This has always been one of my favorite expressions because we truly are a team and every person from the very beginning of the process to the very end of the process play an important role. All of our Italian products start with the earth – sand, shale, water… clays, materials for glass, material for paper, etc. begin with natural elements. They are formed, shaped by hand then move to other hands to be painted, mouthblown, or pressed. They are touched when they are fired, then inspected, then packed, then shipped, then again at VIETRI before being sent to our specialty stores – and finally to our customers to savor and enjoy – and begin their memories. 

I continue to feel so blessed to do what I do each and every day, and I am incredibly grateful that we are able to bring joy to peoples lives in both big and small ways.
