INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY

In honor of International Women's Day and as a woman-owned company, we encourage all women to empower themselves to give philanthropically. Women are a powerful tribe, and we can multitask our personal and professional needs. We can make choices about our own lives - decisively and prudently. We passionately care for ourselves and others. Historically, men gave money and women gave time. Today, women have the power to give.

At VIETRI, we believe in making philanthropy part of our mission. We believe that every person should have the opportunity to have a happy and safe life. Every person should have the opportunity to learn, to grow, to live, and to die with love and comfort. Historically, VIETRI's focus has been donating to our local schools, Habitat for Humanity (https://www.habitat.org/), Compass Center for Women and Families (https://www.habitat.org/), and Transitions LifeCare (https://www.transitionslifecare.org/). We contribute with time and with money. We honor each of you who reach for the stars and help others to do the same.

On this International Women's Day, we want to share our thoughts, our prayers, and our contributions to aiding the children and families of Ukraine. We do not believe in war; we believe in conversation and compromise across all cultures. We believe that actions in compromise bring better results than any action in war. We are pained by the images of destruction, the loss of lives and homes, and of frightened children and mothers.

Now, more than ever, we are called to support the incredible bravery, strength, and resilience of the world's women. We will be donating 10% of all proceeds today through March 11 to UNICEF's mission to help children and their families in Ukraine. UNICEF is working with partners to reach vulnerable children and families with essential services, including health, education, protection, water, and sanitation.
